ChatGPT Prompts You Can Use in Your Cleaning Business

I remember when e-commerce was just getting started in the mid-90s, there were some who said that the internet will be a fad when it comes to buying online. Well, we're in a new digital revolution with AI. Here's a simple primer, with examples, of using Prompts within OpenAI's ChatGPT in growing your cleaning business. 

First off..what is a Prompt? Remember the MS DOS days? Some are asking, "what's that"? Well, there was a command prompt that you had to type in computer language to get that program within the computer (usually a floppy disk) to get working. Like in the days of yore, ChatGPT follows a command structure to produce a result. Unlike 30-40 years ago, you can start typing at the prompt and it'll magically understand what you're saying (usually). I'm coming at this post as a relative Newbie in AI. So, my prompts will sound basic and simple. You have to start somewhere, right?

Create an OpenAI account to access ChatGPT. As of this post, it's completely free. It'll return results that are older, but the cleaning business is always evergreen...we usually don't talk about the latest tech when talking about cleaning methods. 

Scenario 1: You are a brand new cleaning business, but you don't know what you want to call your business. You want to come up with a cool cleaning name but you also want to know if there's an available website that hasn't been taken. What do you do? In the "Send a Message" field type:

"Give me 10 cleaning business names that have an available domain name"

The Result:

How cool is that?! If you don't like any of these, then that's OK. Just hit "Regenerate Response" and it'll give you 10 more results. Or increase the 10 to 100 and you'll get a page full for sure. 

Scenario 2: You want to come up with an employment agreement for new employees. But you don't want to spend the $400/hour from a local attorney to create one. So you want to save $$$ by having ChatGPT come up with one that you can pay for a legal review, at a fraction of the cost. At the prompt, type:

"Create an employment agreement with "Big Bob's Cleaning Company" as the company name"

Boom:

Super easy to create simple agreements. Remember to have an attorney review them.

Scenario 3: You want to create a drip email sequence so you can engage in email marketing with your prospects.

"Create 3 emails in a sequence for email marketing for our commercial cleaning company"

It carried over the "Big Bob's" cleaning business name, which could easily be edited and fixed, but the result were 3 emails that you can use in a sequence in your email marketing. The cool thing about ChatGPT is that it evolves and improves the more you use it.

Scenario 4: Ever hear an annoying jingle over the radio for a company. Let's have ChatGPT write a jingle for us.

"Write out 5 musical jingles about cleaning services"

So cool. Grammy worthy?

Scenario 5: It's party time! You have a team of 10 people but you don't know what to serve. Let's create a menu of party food along with recipes for each in case you want to try one of these.

Two prompts here..."Write me a menu of party food for 10 coworkers" and "Write me a recipe for _____" with the blank for one of those menu items.

And a recipe picked at random:

So easy and so cool!
