The Mop Bucket List has it all. It's a compilation of files we used in our own cleaning business and these helped us hit and maintain a 7-figure cleaning business. It includes files for proposals, contracts, sales emails, employment agreements, sample scopes of work, employment letters, client documents, and so much more! It's 500+ pages in an organized system.

Absolutely. Once you sign up you'll have a dedicated product page. Click on The Mop Bucket List and it's organized in an accordion format, and each file is broken into sections. You can also save sections as a favorite in case you want to come back to it later.

Generally, most files are downloadable as a PDF and a Microsoft Word document. Some of these files are also in Excel format, where applicable.

Easy. There's a download button on the upper left corner of each section, that says Download. Most files have multiple download options for your convenience. 

With only a couple of exceptions, these were created using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. If you have MS Office or either of these, you won't have any trouble editing. The PDF versions were made through Adobe from MS Office and if you have Adobe, you can edit these as well. 

If you don't have MS Office (or Office 365), you can still edit these documents using Apple's or Google's suite of document processing.

Yes! There are edits you will need to make. You will have to make a lot of edits! After all, these are real proposals. I did edit out our direct info and our clients' or prospects' information, but you'll have to do some significant edits throughout. But once you edit these, then you only have to make minor tweaks for future clients. It'll be a major time saver for you.
